This is an APA writing style quiz designed to help you learn about and overcome common difficulties with APA style.  APA writing style is a technical, research-report formatting style that allows for precision and efficiency.  In some ways, APA style is like the BYU-I honor code, which may seem overly prescriptive, but fosters tremendous benefits and conveniences like freedom from distraction and efficiency.
